The past year has been a doozy with regard to our website and its many challenges. Patience and perseverance with God’s help has been our daily prayer. 

 

The good news is that we are at the point where we can put our troubles behind us. This also means that we can once again offer some special discounts!

 

Before we get to that, we need to point out some important directions and suggestions on how to navigate our new website: www.trinityreservations.com. 

 

The process is similar to the old site but much more defined from the start. 

 

At our Home Page 

You will start by filling in the following questions: 

Online Booking

  • Location:     
  • Arrival Date of Stay:     
  • # of people in your room:     
  •  Packages:

 

All of the above questions are straight forward with the exception of the Packages. 

 

This is where we are able to narrow down the specific packages that meet your specific requirements.  Our packages include:

  • Park & Stay - (no cruise port transfers) includes long term parking
  • Park, Stay & Fly - (only airport transfers included) with long term parking
  • Park, Stay & Cruise for 3-5 people - with 8+ days parking & round trip cruise port transfers
  • Fly, Stay & Cruise for 1- 2 people - with round trip cruise port & airport transfers. No parking
  • Fly, Stay & Cruise for 3-5 people - with round trip cruise port & airport transfers. No parking
  • Fly & Stay - only includes round trip airport transfers with an overnight stay. No parking
  • Park, Stay & Cruise for 3-5 people w/ 8-14 days of parking
  • Park, Stay & Cruise for 1-2 people w/8-14 days parking
  • Manhattan Park, Stay & Cruise for one person only.
  • Park, Stay & Cruise for 1-2 people w/up to 8 days parking

 

All of our Park, Stay & Cruise packages include round trip cruise port transfers. Most are private round trip car / suv cruise port transfers and in some cases it includes a 3rd party shuttle service. 

 

Our Park & Stay packages are designed for customers who wish to use an Uber or Lyft service.

 

**Please note that most of our Florida Park, Stay & Cruise packages include pre-paid cruise port packages include pre-paid round trip Uber cruise port transfers. Most of these hotels also offer a price per person to and from the port for purchase at the hotel. You must select our Park & Stay packages to see this option.** 

 

If you wish to see our Park, Stay & Fly packages, you must select the Airport location. We have a number of hotels with packages for both Airport and Cruise port packages so it’s easy to make this mistake.

 

Packages listed with parking for 8-14 days does not mean that you will get up to 14 days of parking. In some cases it will include 10 or 13 days of parking, so pay attention to the details listed in our package descriptions.

 

The same is true for packages listed as good for 3-5 people. Only our all suite hotels such as our Springhill Suites and or Embassy Suites will allow up to 5 or even 6 people in the room. The remaining hotels will only allow up to 4 people in each room. Offering more specific packages becomes too much. We already list a lot of different packages.

 

New Hotels and Cruise Ports!

 

We just finished adding the Orlando Airport Holiday Inn Express with cruise port packages for the Cape Canaveral Cruise Port. 

 

 

We also added the Miami Airport Sleep Inn with both Park, Stay & Cruise as well as Fly, Stay & Cruise packages for the Miami Cruise Port.
