At the Pittsburgh airport, PIT, Trinity Reservations offers the Sheraton and the Hyatt Place. The price is not terribly different from one property to the other which could make it a tough decision between the two. With our package both offer up to 14 days of parking, and free shuttle to and from the airport. The Sheraton is a full service hotel while the Hyatt Place a limited service hotel, the Hyatt Place is an all suite hotel while Sheraton is not. It's important to look at your/ your family's needs in a hotel. The Hyatt Place could be the property for you if: you are looking for a free breakfast in the morning, or if you are a family of five- as it is a suite there is a pullout sleeper sofa for the fifth person in your party to sleep on. The Sheraton could be the property for you if you are looking for a hotel with a full service restaurant and bar on property. Each customer has unique preferences; offering these two hotels gives us the opportunity to meet them!
More importantly than offering variety Trinity Reservations takes customer service very seriously. Not only is it important that the employees of Trinity Reservations treats our customers the way we would want to be treated- it is important that our hotel partners do the same. Both the Hyatt Place and the Sheraton have proven that they meet this standard. We have partnered with both hotels for a number of years now. When looking at whether to extend a partnership with a hotel or not this is very important to us!
