Always start on the home page by selecting the airport or cruise port of your departure. This is usually listed by the name of the town of the airport or cruise port: Bayonne Cape Liberty, Manhattan Cruise Port, Newark Airport, Baltimore Cruise Port, BWI Airport etc… Then select the date of your overnight stay. Trinity Reservations does not offer packages that do not include an overnight stay! You can make a reservation with your stay at the end of your trip. Now hit next, this will display our available hotels and packages for your overnight stay.
As you look at the many packages and hotels, please pay special attention to the name of the packages. Some hotels offer rates based upon the number of people or occupancy per room. This makes sense as the cost of the cruise port shuttle will be more expensive for each additional person. This however is not always the case. We do offer some packages that are good for up to 4 people per room such is the case with our BWI Wingate Inn for the Baltimore Cruise Port and BWI Airport Packages. Another detail to watch out for is our Fly, Stay and Cruise packages vs. our Park, Stay and Cruise Packages. We offer these packages at the Manhattan, Bayonne Cape Liberty and Brooklyn Cruise Ports for customers who are flying into Newark Airport and won’t need parking. These packages are less expensive because they do not include parking. These packages do however include both round trip Newark Airport shuttle as well as cruise port shuttle. Many of our hotels now include a free hot breakfast. Some hotels have indoor pools which might be important for families traveling with kids. Speaking of families, we do offer a limited number of packages for families of 5 that can stay in one room. Many hotels cannot offer this option due to local fire code laws. Some of our packages include cruise port shuttle at the time of your choice and others have set schedules. Make sure to pay close attention to the set shuttle schedules to avoid any confusion. Some of our packages include a private town car service to take you to and from the cruise port. If you are staying at or near the Newark Airport, they can go straight to the airport from the cruise port at no extra charge. Our car service will also provide car seats & booster seats if needed. We provide you with our drivers cell phone so that you can communicate with them when you know you will be ready for pick up from the cruise port. All packages are for one night only! Once you have picked the package you want booked, click on “Make a Reservation” at the bottom of that hotels package listing. Now scroll down until you see the reservation form and begin filling in the form.
You pay in full when you make your reservation thru our web site. You can cancel your reservation with a full refund so long as you do so by 12 Noon, EST, the day prior to your arrival date.
