Trinity Res. Staff Gets Surprise at BOL, Jan. 2016

Last month the Trinity Res. Staff came to Bread of Life with lunch as we always do on the 3rd Saturday of the month. Attendance has been low over the last two months so we were only expecting a dozen or so guests. Well we had 25 people come which is closer to what the attendance should be. We pray together as a group before we serve the food and ask for prayer requests. Our guests really like this and are not shy about requesting prayer. This is very encouraging! Anyway I must have mentioned grace in my prayer and one of the 5 children in the group asked me what "Grace" means. Everyone got quiet and several of the adults chimed in also wanting to know. What a surprise and a blessing it was to have this question raised by such an inocent young child. Well needless to say this led into a discussion about the Gospel message and God's free gift of Grace offered to each of us. Indeed seeds were planted and we pray that the Holy Spirit waters those seeds. We, the staff of Trinity Reservations are greatful for the opportunity to serve in this ministry and hope you are encouraged to seek out opportunities to serve others in your community.
