I invited a friend to join me last month when it was my scheduled week to provide the lunch at Bread of Life. I don’t believe he knew what to expect and was perhaps apprehensive about serving a meal, clothes
and interacting with so many needy people. I was very excited to see how this experience would touch him. Well after two hours of serving food, packing up clothes and praying for our honored guests, many of which were children of needy families, he was hooked! He told me how blessed he felt to be of service in this way and now wants to participate on a regular basis. This is a word of encouragement for you! It’s good to follow where God may lead you especially if it goes outside of your comfort zone!!!
