All three hotels, the Ramada Plaza, Carteret Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza offer the same basic package ingredience. All include one room for one night with free long term parking (for Park & Cruise packages only), round trip Newark Airport shuttle and round trip shuttle to and from the Cape Liberty Cruise Port in Bayonne NJ.
The Newark Airport Ramada Plaza Hotel, shown above, is the closet hotel of the 3 hotels we offer. They are a full service hotel with a bar, restaurant serving breakfast lunch & dinner and a grab and go shop offering sandwiches, chips, soft drinks etc…Travel time to the port from this hotel is between 15 and 20 minutes. They use their airport shuttle bus to take you to and from the cruise port at the time of your choosing. We offer both Park & Cruise and Fly & Cruise packages for this hotel. The Fly & Cruise packages are less expensive as they do not include any parking. The Carteret Holiday Inn is located away from Newark Airport in a more rurual area. They are about 25 min. drive to the cruise port. The Newark Airport area is very commercial and industrial, so this is a quieter location. This hotel is our medium priced hotel. We offer all of the same package ingrediences as the Ramada hotel above with one difference. We also offer packages that include a full breakfast. This is the smallest of the three hotels so you are more likely to receive more personal service as a result.#Capelibertyparkandcruise #parkstayandcruise
The Newark Airport Crowne Plaza Hotel (shown above), is our high end hotel offering and also the most expensive of the three hotels. They also offer the same ingredience of packages with some significant differences. They use a town car service to take you to and from the cruise port. This means that you have your own driver and do not have to wait for others to board a shuttle bus. This is especially nice when you are ready to get picked up from the port after you get off of the ship. If you are flying out after your cruise the driver can take you directly to the airport terminal of your departure. The other hotels have to take you back to the hotel and then you can take the shuttle from the hotel to the airport. This hotel also has an indoor pool and includes a full breakfast buffet for each person in your room.
All three hotels include a welcome letter that provides a phone number for you to call should you need to adjust your pick up time from the cruise port after you get off the ship.
Warning! The rates for the Crowne Plaza are going way up for next Year. We hope to have another high end hotel option in place this Fall. More to come on that when the time comes.
